Biography

Mr. Joshua Sanger is Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Siltstone Capital. Mr. Sanger was also a Vice President with Riverstone. He is based in Houston. Prior to joining Riverstone in 2006, Mr. Sanger was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Global Energy Group. Mr. Sanger performed fundamental analysis on Energy companies, with a focus on E&P - evaluating and executing public and private M&A, equity market and debt market transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Sanger was a Senior Consultant at Acorn Systems, a cost management consulting firm. While at Acorn Systems, Mr. Sanger managed the details of client engagement projects and built client-specific profitability models, identifying areas of possible restructurings and turnarounds. Mr. Sanger received his B.S. in economics with concentrations in both finance and legal studies from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
