Biography

Dr. Daniel Broger served as Head, Corporate Development at Orell Fuessli Holding. He served as Board Member at Procivis. He served as a Head, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Projects at Orell Fssli Security Printing Ltd. He graduated from University of St. Gallen (HSG) in 2004 and holds a master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in strategy and organization. Parallel to his professional career, Mr. Daniel pursued his PhD studies at the University of St. Gallen and is currently finalizing his thesis in the field of social theory, philosophy and management. Prior to joining Altium Capital, Mr. Daniel worked with Capvis Equity Partners, the leading Swiss private equity house, for two years. Thereafter, he founded dartmedia Ltd., a new media incubator, and advised several medium-sized companies in topics such as strategy and corporate finance as an independent consultant. Lastly, he was responsible for a business development/diversification project at the Swiss industrial conglomerate OC Oerlikon to leverage its competencies in high-performance ceramics.
