Biography
Mr. Michio Soga served as Chief Financial Officer at Premune. Mr. Soga brings more than 30 years of senior-level financial experience, including more than 11 years of life sciences expertise to Premune. Previously, Mr. Soga has served as Chief Financial Officer at several both private and public companies in the life science sector, including Transave, Inc., Pharmacopeia, Inc., Metaphore, Inc. and Confetti Network Ltd. Prior to his shift to the corporate side, Mr. Soga was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Banque Indosuez. Michio received his Masters of Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Management and his Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College.
