Biography
Mr. Kentaro Tanaka is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer & President of the Board at Sakura Capital Trust. In 1997, he joined Toyo Real Estate (now Toyo Property), a real estate company affiliated with a city bank. He has been engaged as a professional real estate broker for business, focusing on the sale and purchase of collateral properties associated with the disposal of bad debts of banks. During that time, he was involved in the first entry into Japan of a foreign-affiliated fund as well as bulk deals exceeding 100 billion yen and played a part in the dawn of the Japanese real estate fund industry. During his tenure, he was a consecutive recipient of the President's Award. In January 2006, he established Sakura Capital Trust. He assumed the position of CEO.
