Biography

Ms. Rebekka Bonner served as Managing Director, Co-Chief Compliance Officer & Senior Regulatory Counsel at One William Street Capital Management. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bonner served as General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy COO of a $27B alternative asset manager, where she assisted with the firm's overall management and was responsible for the legal and compliance functions. Ms. Bonner has also served as Partner and General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer of a quantitative multi-strategy hedge fund and global pension advisory business. Bonner's experience includes several years as Assistant General Counsel at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Ms. Bonner began her legal career as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in the Investment Management and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. Ms. Bonner holds a B.A. from Syracuse University, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from Yale Law School. She is also a member of 100 Women in Finance.
