Biography

Ms. Karen Yuen serves as Principal, Real Estate at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. She is responsible for evaluating and executing upcoming acquisition opportunities across Greater China as well as managing multi-family assets in China and convenience retail assets in Hong Kong. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Yuen spent two years at Deutsche Bank based in Hong Kong, where she was part of the corporate finance team in the investment banking department, executing and managing US IPOs, HK IPOs, and advisory transactions. Before that, she was a member of BNP Paribas' real estate investment banking team for four years, where she provided strategic advisory and analytical support on real estate transactions relating to equity and debt offerings, as well as mergers and acquisition. Ms. Yuen holds a Bachelor of BBA (Law) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong.
