Biography

Mr. Marc Borrelli serves as Investment Committee Member, Managing Director & Board Member at U.S. Strategic Capital. He served as Partner at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance. He has over 30 years of executive management and investment banking experience representing and advising companies and investors in all phases of corporate strategy, business development, origination, valuation, structuring and closing M&A transactions. He has completed more than 120 transactions with a combined value in excess of $3 billion in over 20 countries. Mr. Borrelli has extensive international experience managing and closing cross-border multi-party transactions in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia. He is a Vistage Chairman, coaching & helping groups of CEOs grow their businesses' profits and achieve life balance while planning their exits. During his career, Mr. Borrelli has worked for small companies and Fortune 500 ones, including managing International M&A for Equifax, Inc. He has lived in South Africa, Switzerland, the UK and the US. Today, He is the Chair of the Corporate Development Society of the Technology Association of Georgia and on the board of the American Business Council of Georgia. He has served on the boards of the Atlanta Society of Finance and Investment Professionals and the Jerusalem House and was a founding board member of the South African SE American Chamber of Commerce. He obtained his BA from Reading University in England and his MBA and JD from Tulane University in New Orleans. In addition, he holds his Chartered Financial Analyst designation and Se ries 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 FINRA licenses.
