Biography

Mr. Terry Harris serves as Head of Portfolio Management at Barings BDC. He served as Head, Portfolio Management, Global Private Finance at Babson Capital Management. He is responsible for supervising investment and portfolio management and participating in all three of the group's Investment Committees. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, He was a Partner of Tower Three Partners, and he served as Chief Investment Officer of Firstlight Financial Corporation. He holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
