Biography

Mr. Lee Stutt served as Partner & Head of Litigation at Nalders. Mr. Stutt brings a unique mixture of city experience and local knowledge to the department. His work and plain speaking have generated contacts, clients, and respect throughout the country. His approach is results-based, and his experience extends to a wide range of civil and property disputes, including complex commercial disputes, partnership, and franchise disputes, freezing injunctions, restraint of trade, and commercial debt recovery. Mr. Stutt also has a wealth of knowledge in commercial property disputes such as forfeiture, dilapidations and breaches, and business tenancy renewals, as well as other property disputes including trespass, adverse possession, rights and easements, covenants, boundary and party wall disputes, nuisance, and property damage.
