He served as Co-Founding Partner and Fund Advisor at SierraMaya360. He co-founded Hercules Technology Growth Capital (NYSE: HTGC) a billion-dollar venture lending company since 2003. He has a steeped history of venture funding and relationships in Silicon Valley. He brings a solid track record that has been focused on startup and venture capital financing since 1997, with participation in the debt and equity financing of over 250 early-stage companies. He specializes in startup development and brings expertise in fundraising. Armed with both an Engineering degree and an MBA, he has experienced great success as an entrepreneur and was instrumental in making the company he co-founded public.
