Biography

Andrea D'Angelo serves as a Partner at Carbone D'Angelo Portale Purpura. Previously, he was a co-founder of Studio Carbone E D'Angelo. He graduated with honours and special mention in Law from the University of Genoa in 1969, where he was full professor of Institutions of Private Law and Civil Law. As part of his wide-ranging expertise in all branches of civil and commercial law, he focuses mainly on contracts and obligations, public and private procurements, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, successions. In addition to extrajudicial advice, he is also active in litigation before the ordinary courts and in arbitrations, having served on numerous occasions as a member and president of arbitration panels. Over the years, he has held selected positions as a board member of leading companies and foundations. Together with Sergio Maria Carbone, he is a founding partner of Carbone e D'Angelo, established in 1978.
