Biography

Mr. Federico Ratini is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Argo Partners. He serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Caris Servizi. Before founding Argo Partners, he worked for more than 5 years at Bain & Company, supporting numerous companies, both small-medium and large, in the definition and implementation of strategic initiatives, turn-around, growth, and M&A plans both in Italy and abroad. Over the years at Bain, he has developed an extensive knowledge of the Consumer Goods sector and has specialized in commercial acceleration initiatives He has a degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University and a Double Master's in International Management from Fudan University in Shanghai and Bocconi University
