Biography

Ms. Hila Rom is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner and Board Member at RUNI Ventures. She is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and business leader with an extensive track record of building and leading high-performance ventures as a CEO, CBO, and active advisor. She brings 18 years of hands-on experience in business development, venture building, strategic planning, and leading complex deals end-2-end. Prior to founding RUNI Ventures, she was the founder and managing director at "Y-Impact" Incubator, Vice president of Business Development at "Yakhin Group", a division director at "Adkit" Business intelligence, and the founder & CEO of "Makers" - a high-touch corporate venturing firm that helps traditional corporations to scout, validate and invest in start-ups. She holds an LLB (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University. She is a certified lawyer and a graduate of Israel's VC Academy's first cohort. She served as an officer in the IDF and was the recipient of the Chief of Staff's Award for Excellence. She is also a passionate advocate for equality and inclusion and a trusted advisor to various social impact ventures.
