Biography

Ms. Audrey Wong serves as Chief Legal Officer at indie Semiconductor. Ms. Wong serves as our Chief Legal Officer with responsibility for all legal matters worldwide, including corporate governance and securities law compliance, intellectual property, and commercial transactions. Ms. Wong also serves as our corporate secretary. Throughout her career, Ms. Wong has advised leading technology companies on a variety of legal matters. Prior to joining us in July 2022, Ms. Wong oversaw the corporate, M&A, regulatory, corporate compliance, employment and privacy legal teams at Xilinx Inc. as Corporate Vice President. Prior to that, she held various positions for the corporate legal team at Salesforce.com including assistant general counsel, corporate and securities. Ms. Wong began her legal career at a private practice in Silicon Valley specializing in corporate law. Ms. Wong holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Juris Doctorate from University of San Francisco. She is also a member of the California State Bar.
