In 2002, he joined the NBA as Vice President & General Counsel of the NBA Development League, where he was instrumental in expanding the league from 6 to 16 teams. He later became Senior Vice President at IMG, focusing on emerging markets and working with Chairman Ted Forstmann to build sports infrastructure in countries like India, China, and Brazil. He co-founded Blue Devil Holdings and Electronic Sports Group and served as a Partner at GACP Sports, also leading Soccerex as Vice Chairman & CEO. He serves on several boards, including PMY Group, VideoVerse, the United States Tennis Association, USA Archery, and Goodwill Industries of NY & NJ. He also completed the Harvard Business School executive program on the Business of Entertainment, Media & Sports.
