Biography

Mr. Carlos Barba serves as Group Chief Financial Officer at Grupo Ingenium Tecnologia. In his new position, Mr. Barba assumes responsibility for the management, control and financial analysis of all the group's subsidiaries. Expert in international taxation, M&A operations and Corporate Governance, he has more than 20 years of experience in the international Fintech telecommunications sector. He has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid, has a master's degree in tax and tax advice from the CEF and has completed the General Management program at the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra. In his new position, he assumes the challenge of maximizing the opportunities linked to the reactivation of projects after the international stoppage of the pandemic and optimizing the synergies of the different group companies to promote their international development in an increasing economic and financial environment.
