Biography

Mr. Milan Knezevic serves as Chief Executive Officer at KD (Holding Companies). Mr. Kneževič has a university degree in economics and a university degree in forestry engineering. He has extensive experience in agriculture, forestry and trade, as well as in finance and banking. Before his retirement in 2005, Milan Kneževič was the long-term chairman of the board of Slovenska zadružna kmetijska banka dd (today Deželna banka Slovenije dd), and before that he was the director of the Corporate Accounting Service and for two terms (8 years) the chairman of the Republican Committee for Agriculture, Forestry and Food and a member of the Executive Council (current government) of the SRS Assembly. Milan Kneževič is a member of the board of directors of KD dd (previously of the company's supervisory board from 2001 onwards), and he was also the chairman of the supervisory board of KD Skladi doo since the foundation of Kmečka družba dd and a member of the supervisory board of GEA College dd from 1994 to the present he was also the president or member of the supervisory boards of several other joint-stock companies.
