Biography

Dr. Amanda Martin served as Chief Administrative Officer at Truist Insurance Holdings. In this role, she oversees the company's corporate and administrative units within Truist Insurance Holdings as well as provides strategic insight and oversees risk management activities across entities. Martin also serves on the Truist Insurance Holdings Board of Directors and the Truist Employee Benefits Plan Committee. Martin joined the organization in 2006 in the dual role of corporate compliance officer and human resources compliance manager. She was named enterprise risk management assessment officer in 2010, insurance administrative manager in 2013 and chief risk officer for Truist Insurance Holdings in 2015. Martin is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her Juris Doctor degree and MBA from Campbell University. She also is a graduate of the BB T Leadership Development Program.
