Biography

Mr. Pankaj Patwari serves as Managing Director at Advent International. He served as Board Member at ZCL Chemicals. He served as Board Member at Bharat Serums and Vaccines. Mr. Pankaj Patwari is a Non-Executive Director of ZCL Chemicals, effective on 09th March 2021. Mr. Patwari is a Chartered Accountant by training and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Lucknow). As Director - Advent India PE Advisors Private Limited, Mr. Pankaj Patwari has been managing Advent's investments in Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited since 2014 apart from Manjushree Technopack Limited, QuEST Global and Bharat Serums and Vaccines Ltd. He also serves on the Board of Directors of many other Companies notably Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited, Manjushree Technopack Limited and Gokaldas Intimatewear Private Limited. Previously, Mr. Patwari had spent six years with Bain Capital working on several transactions in the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. Before his stint at Bain, Mr. Patwari spent four years with McKinsey & Co., focusing primarily on financial services.
