Biography

Mr. Col Black is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer and President at Black & Rossi. He has over 37 years of experience in defense activities focused on aviation ground support, logistics, maintenance, readiness, science and technology. He has worked in developing, leading and implementing integrated data environments, logistics modernization efforts, total life cycle management plans and programs, and working acquisition programs in the Joint and Coalition space. Bill's civilian experience includes senior international work at EDS, AT&T and multiple small business startups. He possesses a B.A. in Business & Psychology from Albion College, Albion MI. He is a graduate of the Marine Corps Command & Staff College, Joint Forces Reserve Course, the National Security Course at National Defense University and the National Security Decision Making Course at the Naval War College.
