Mr. Douglas Buchanan serves as Managing Director at Granite Partners. Doug is a former Director, Chairman of the Board and President of a number of publicly listed Toronto Stock Exchange Corporations, as well as a number of private corporations. Having obtained his MBA in 1984, Doug has been involved in the principal investing, corporate finance, banking and mergers and acquisitions industries his entire professional career. He has held senior positions with Citicorp's Leverage Capital Group and CIBC's Corporate Finance Unit. Throughout his career, Doug has been involved with entrepreneurs and ownermanagers, helping build and unlock shareholder value.
