Duane Schellenberg General Information

Biography

Mr. Duane Schellenberg serves as Managing Director at ARC Financial. He provides senior analytical support to ARC's investing activities in the Exploration and Production area, with a principal focus on international opportunities. His responsibilities include sector analysis, deal evaluation, structuring and execution, and the monitoring of portfolio companies. Duane joined ARC in 2007 and has seven years of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions experience in the energy sector. He served as Board Member at Sitka Exploration and was an Observer on Capio Exploration. Prior to joining ARC, he worked as an investment banker in the U.S. M&A Group and Calgary-based Energy Group for a global investment bank. His education includes an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and a B.Comm. in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan.
