Biography
Mr. Douglas Freel served as Managing Director at ARC Financial. He served as Chairman at Wayfinder. He is focused on the Oilfield Services segment of our Oil and Gas area, where his responsibilities include deal origination, structuring and execution, portfolio monitoring and exit. Mr. Freel joined ARC in 1998 and has over two decades of industry experience in engineering and investment roles in the oilfield services industry. Mr. Freel holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a B.Sc. in Engineering from Queen's University. He represented ARC on the boards of Citadel Drilling and Global Tubing and was a board member of Tesla Exploration.
