Biography

Mr. Mark Bini served as Chief Patient Experience Officer at Express Scripts. Since 2008, he has been a key contributor to the advancement of Express Scripts' solution portfolio. Over this time, he has worked with other thought leaders to design and employ an industry-leading, behavior-centric approach to innovation that places clients and members in the "front seat" of product development. He is also responsible for Express Scripts' suite of digital therapeutic solutions that includes remote monitoring solutions for diabetes, asthma, and medication non-adherence. His approach to innovation and the solutions that have spawned from it have played a key role in Express Scripts being named to Forbes' World's Most Innovative Companies. He is a leader at the Express Scripts Lab - the Midwest's premiere healthcare innovation center located in St. Louis, MO. The Lab is comprised of over 150 data scientists, decision designers, and clinical specialists all dedicated to driving new solutions and optimal patient interactions. Since its opening in 2010, the Lab has played host to some of the nation's most influential healthcare decision-makers, innovators, and thought leaders. He received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Missouri State University and his Master of Business Administration from Fontbonne University in St. Louis.
