Biography

Mr. Kiyohiko Tsukada served as Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2007, Mr. Tsukada spent five years at GE Commercial Finance as a Managing Director in Business Development, where he oversaw principal acquisitions for GE Capital in Japan. As a leader of the M&A team, his responsibilities ranged from deal origination to execution and integration. Prior to GE, Mr. Tsukada spent 18 years at the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, Ltd. (currently, Shinsei Bank) and two years at Norinchukin Bank, where his responsibilities included corporate and project finance, capital markets, M&A advisory, LBO finance and risk underwriting in Japan and the U.S. Mr. Tsukada received a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
