Biography

Ms. Melissa Susantio serves as Chief Operating Officer at HC Surgical Specialists. She joined the Group in 2017 and was previously our Operations, Marketing & IT Manager. She has been appointed as our Chief Operating Officer on 1 May 2022. She is responsible for the overall operation of the group's clinics including ensuring that every clinic within the group conforms to a common operating procedure and process, obtains and maintains the necessary regulatory licenses, and adheres to stringent standards of procedures, clinical guidelines and safety procedures. She is also responsible for the execution of the group's business and marketing plans, in addition to the development and implementation of the group's IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and integrity of patient information. She started her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young in 2014. She moved to United Overseas Bank as a personal banker in 2016, before joining our Group in 2017. She graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance in August 2013.
