Biography

Mr. Alexander Schroeder served as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at TD Cowen. He also served as a Director at Pava Partners. He has over nine years of investment banking experience across a variety of industries including automotive, business services, consumer, distribution, healthcare, industrial, packaging, and retail. Mr. Schroeder has over 13 years of investment banking experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, corporate restructuring, and business valuations. His transaction experience includes representing private companies, private equity firms, and public companies in domestic and international transactions involving several industries, such as business services, consumer products, environmental services, distribution, industrial manufacturing, and technology. Before joining TD Cowen, Mr. Schroeder was a founding member at Quarton International. Before Quarton, he spent six years at W. Y. Campbell & Company and Duff & Phelps. He graduated with a B.A. in Finance from the Honors College at Michigan State University and an M.B.A. with high honors from the University of Michigan.
