Biography

Mr. Mario Bonafè serves as Partner at Bonafe' Grifoni e Associati. Mr. Bonafè graduated with honors in Law from the State University of Milan. He holds a Master's in European Union Law. He operates in the field of business consultancy, industrial law, and commercial and corporate law (with particular reference to extraordinary transactions, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and corporate restructurings in general).In particular, he is active in providing consultancy to commercial, service and manufacturing companies, to companies in the publishing and media sectors (radio, television, publishing, advertising, internet), as well as to the telecommunications and Information Technology (IT) sectors. e is a member of the Commissions of the Council of the Bar Association of Milan.Member of the American Chamber Of Commerce in Italy and of BCCI - The British Chamber of Commerce for Italy. Member of AIPPI - International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property. President of the Associazione Note di Talento, a non-profit cultural association that deals with musical and artistic education, mainly for minors of school and pre-school age.
