Biography

Mr. Mark Mielnicki serves as Principal & Managing Broker at First In Realty Executives. He is a leading real estate agent with extensive experience in commercial development and management. His primary focus is strategic strategy implementation in commercial asset management, investment portfolio growth, and retail development. In March of 2006, he joined KP&G Enterprises, Inc. as Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Division and managed the expansion of its commercial real estate brokerage. He has represented national retailers and developers such as Bank of America, CFT Developments, and ATI Physical Therapy. In November of 2012, he opened First In Realty Executives, Inc. and quickly became a leading source of commercial and residential brokerage doubling sales every year. He is currently a member of CCIM, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Chicago Association of Realtors and is a Board Member of the Morgan Park Beverly Hills Business Association, the Beverly Area Planning Association Economic Development Committee, and the Chicago Fire Officers Association Credit Union.
