Biography

Mr. Philip Mauchel serves as a Consultant, Private Equity at Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System. He joined OMERS Private Equity in December 2005. He was previously with Canadian Corporate Funding Ltd. for fourteen years in investment banking and private equity, which included nine years making mezzanine and equity investments in North American mid-market businesses and five years structuring, arranging, and managing private placement financings. He was VP of Finance of a mid-market private company and spent seven years in the commercial and corporate banking areas of the National Bank of Canada and CIBC. He has board-level experience with a wide variety of private and public companies.
