Biography

Mr. Anthony El-Khoury served as a Venture Partner at COTU Ventures. He comes from an extensive operational background starting his career with Rocket Internet where he worked on 3 different ventures in the MENA region across 3 different industries. He then moved to Uber where he played several roles during his 6 years journey, starting from Uber's expansion in EMEA where he launched their operations in more than 11 countries, to ultimately leading their operations in the Middle East as the Regional General Manager. After that he joined Sonder to launch and operate their platform in the Middle East, signing multi-million real estate deals and operating their highest-performing properties globally. In his last role, he was the VP of Global Operations for KingMakers, an entertainment and gaming platform in Africa. He oversaw Kingmaker's expansion into new markets and managed their P&L globally. He grew up in Beirut and has completed a double Master's program in Paris and London at ESCP Europe and CASS Business School.
