Paul Calder General Information

Biography

Mr. Paul Calder served as Managing Director, Investment Risk Management at OMERS Infrastructure Management. He serves as Managing Director, Investment Risk Management at OMERS Private Equity. In his role as Senior Vice President, he is responsible for leading transaction teams in pursuit of large-scale, long-term infrastructure assets. He manages the Borealis office in Sydney, Australia, which works closely with the Toronto head office to increase the size of the portfolio in Australia and Asia. He joined Borealis in January 2008, and his expertise also includes global transaction pursuits, research, credit, and analytics. Prior to joining Borealis, Mr. Calder spent 10 years with Standard & Poor's in its infrastructure group, evaluating toll facilities, ports, airports, P3 projects, general transportation assets, and public finance. He holds a B.B.A. (Finance) degree from Bishop's University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Director.
