Biography

Mr. Peter Schorsch is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Diamond Equity Partners. He is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully founded and operated eleven companies over the past thirty years. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Healthy Products. Mr. Schorsch's holdings encompassed a range of domestic and international companies with multi-site manufacturing and distribution facilities. Mr. Schorsch has substantial expertise in both specialty and high volume manufacturing and first-hand knowledge of what it takes to be the lowest cost manufacturer. His management style is based on developing and leading strong management teams. In each of his companies, Mr. Schorsch instilled a culture of efficiency, striving to become the low cost-high quality market leader. Over the past decade, manufacturing companies domestically have had to face difficult cyclical markets. Despite these headwinds, Mr. Schorsch was able to generate significant returns to shareholders. Under Mr. Schorsch's leadership and tutelage, the entity he most recently exited grew from a $750,000 family business to a global market leader with revenues in excess of $160 million. In early 2009, Mr. Schorsch decided to exit all of his companies and activities to focus on building Diamond Equity Partners. He is very pleased with the Diamond team assembled to date and is actively pursuing new acquisition opportunities.
