Biography

Mr. Stephane Levy-Lang served as the Chief Financial Officer at Neoelectra Management.He joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2006. Seconded by a staff of six professionals, including a Financial Controller, he is notably in charge of accounting, finance, tax, budget follow up and reporting to top Management and the Board. He also actively participates in the Group's development efforts through his keen knowledge of project finance and privileged relationships with financial institutions. Mr. Levy-Lang has accumulated 15 years of experience in financial services dedicated to the industrial sector among which 10 years as a CFO in the energy business. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Levy-Lang has held this position for six years within the DALKIA group and within SOCCRAM thereafter. With a MBA degree (major in finance) from the Paris School of Economics (HEC), Mr. Levy-Lang started his career as a financial analyst with Arthur Andersen.
