Biography

Mr. Alok Prusty serves as Managing Director at Vaillant Capital Partners. He has o ver 15 years of extensive experience in private investments and M&A advisory with hands-on experience in resolution of stressed assets and turnarounds. Previously, Fund Manager and Portfolio Head for Asia Pacific at CLSA Partners (Singapore). Prior to that with Eredene Capital PLC as private equity investment manager covering Indian real estate and infrastructure sectors. Founder & CEO at Epsilon Advisor, an India based IB advisory focused on M&A and distressed asset resolution in manufacturing, infrastructure, and technology sectors. His research work published by The Journal of Private Equity (USA), The Journal of Structured Finance (USA) and International Coal Congress. He graduated from London Business School Sloan Fellow '22, MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (India) and BS Engineering from NIT Rourkela (India).
