Matthew Fialho General Information
Biography
Mr. Matthew Fialho serves as Chief Investment Officer at Tallbridge Capital. He has nearly 19 years of institutional real estate experience on both the equity and debt sides in various departments and disciplines. His most recent role was Principal at Ares Management's U.S. Real Estate Group which manages three brand-sponsored discretionary funds and various separate accounts of more than $9 billion in AUM. Prior to joining Ares in 2019, he was a Partner at a small firm in San Francisco where he focused on opportunistic real estate, and an Acquisitions Officer at Veritas Investments where he focused on rent-control, multi-family for an institutional account. In addition to real estate equity, he spent ten years in lending for the West Coast platforms of both MetLife and New York Life. Over his career, he has been involved in more than $ 1 billion in equity transactions and $5 billion in debt transactions.
