Biography

Mr. Todd Allen is the Founder & serves as Chief Executive Officer at Connect. He spent the next 9 years expanding his experience leading software as a service (SaaS) and IT teams within the real estate vertical. The 30-year veteran of the apartment industry, he is an experienced founder, leader, and operator of real estate technology providers and real estate management businesses. As the Founder & CEO of Connect, he has brought three entirely new products to the multifamily industry that associate geographic locations with digital devices to drive hyper-focused ads to the digital devices of prospective renters, job seekers, and customers. Prior to starting Connect, he led strategic direction, network and systems oversight, and evaluation of all corporate technologies teams for a full-service developer with over 350 team members & over $1.5 billion in asset value. He also served as the VP of Product and Communications at RealPage, overseeing the product vision, development roadmap, and pricing strategy for the global contact center and automated call product lines, totaling over $50MM in annual revenues. For the first 20 years of his career, he founded, owned, and operated various real estate development, construction, and management businesses ranging from small boutique in-fill developments to luxury garden apartment & condominium developments with valuations exceeding $50 million.
