Biography

Mr. Markus Scott serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at EyeQ Monitoring. He is the Founder and Managing Partner at Lighthouse Equity Partners. He is responsible for investment origination, transaction structuring, acquisition execution and the management of acquired companies. Prior to founding Lighthouse Equity Partners, he was a private equity investor with Brockway Moran & Partners, a Florida-based, middle-market buyout firm with $1.3 billion in assets under management, where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of two portfolio companies, MW Industries and Turning Technologies, as well as for analyzing new investment opportunities in the business services, distribution, education, healthcare and growth industrial industries. He began his career as a CPA, working in tax consulting with Ernst & Young and in transaction advisory services with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida where he was also a member of the Florida Gators football team.
