Biography

Mr. Alvin Singh served as Chief Operating Officer at Stratus Technology Services. He leads the full breadth of delivery and operations across Stratus. He is also a member of Stratus' Global Management Committee. A technology industry veteran, he has over 20 years of experience leading and integrating very large delivery centers across the globe. His expertise at P&C and the insurance market makes him a trusted advisor to his clients. He has a strong track record in managing large onshore and offshore delivery engagements with expertise in IT transformation projects, program management, service management and solution design. He holds bachelor's degrees in Communication and Computer Science, along with a master's degree in Public Relations and Marketing. He also has certifications in Lean Management and Cobit 5, is certified as a Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a black belt in Six Sigma.
