Biography

Ms. Michelle Bruno serves as Chief Operating Officer at RSF Social Finance. She is responsible for the management of operations across philanthropic services, loan operations, and the Social Investment Fund. In addition, she will oversee strategic HR and will coordinate the legal and compliance functions at RSF. She has more than 20 years of banking experience. Prior to joining RSF, she was the Chief Administrative Officer for the Enterprise Data Management group at Bank of the West where she was responsible for operational risk, financial management, communications, and talent development. She also led strategic initiatives on behalf of the group. Prior to Bank of the West, she held several leadership roles at BNP Paribas in the areas of corporate banking agency services, enterprise data governance, strategic project management, and HR Learning and development.
