Biography

Ms. Sarah Breiner serves as Managing Director & General Counsel at OMNI Financial Group. Ms. Breiner works closely with OMNI's clients to ensure that their 403(b)/457(b) plans are operating in accordance with IRS regulations and applicable state law, as well as providing assistance to OMNI's clients in connection with IRS audits. Sarah has also presented at ASBO events throughout the country. Prior to joining OMNI, Sarah worked at a Rochester, New York law firm handling complex litigation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Psychology from Stony Brook University and a Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude. Sarah is admitted to practice law in New York State and several Federal District Courts. Prior to joining OMNI, Sarah worked at a Rochester, New York law firm handling complex litigation. Sarah has over 10 years of experience practicing law in a range of areas.
