William Berger General Information
Biography
Mr. William Berger serves as Managing Director, Credit Investments at Rialto Capital. He joined Rialto in 2020 and is a Director in the Investment Management group. He is primarily responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of commercial real estate debt investments with a focus on transitional senior lending, subordinate debt, and special situations. Prior to Rialto, He was a founding member of Seven Valleys Capital, the lending arm of a single-family office in New York and Resource Capital Corporation, a publicly traded mortgage REIT. He is a graduate of Muhlenberg College.
