Biography
Mr. Carlos Cruz serves as Managing Director & Head of Capital Markets at HarbourView Equity Partners. Prior to joining HarbourView, he spent nearly 6 years at Fifth Third Bank where he grew the entertainment practice and spearheaded the advertising and marketing technology lending practices, originating, structuring, and arranging bank and subordinated debt facilities. Prior to Fifth Third, he was in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment group underwriting and originating companies across TMT, focusing on Media and Entertainment. He began his career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch. He received a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
