Biography
Ms. Lay Hoon Yap serves as Finance Director at Lum Chang Holdings. She joined LCH as an Accountant in 2000 and was appointed Financial Controller in July 2022. In Jan 2024, Ms Yap was promoted to Finance Director. She has more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience. She is responsible for managing the finance and accounting functions of the Group, including financial reporting and planning, treasury management, taxation, and fund-raising. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Before joining Lum Chang, She was an auditor in a local audit firm.
