Biography

Mr. Kyle Snyder serves as Portfolio Management at Presidio Bay Ventures. He serves as Asset Management Director at Tidewater. His primary responsibilities include helping to lead Tidewater's portfolio-level asset management initiatives where he plays a central role in managing the firm's existing commercial portfolio. He was a portfolio manager for Presidio Bay Ventures, a San Francisco-based investment and development firm, overseeing portfolio and asset management responsibilities for several mixed-use and multifamily assets. Before that, he was a member of the asset management team at Jamestown, an Atlanta-based real estate investment and management firm, overseeing asset management responsibilities for over 1 million square feet of office and retail/mixed-use assets along the West Coast. Prior work experience includes The TJX Companies and Transwestern. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Saint Mary's College of California.
