Biography

Mr. Todd Fink serves as a Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at O2 Investment Partners. He served as Chairman at PCT Brands and National Technologies. He served as a Board Member at Environmental Infrastructure Services, Clio Holdings, Packaging Concepts & Design, Alpha Precision Group, and IROA Technologies. He served as a Board Member at CCSI Networks. During the past 20 years, he has led or participated in multiple business acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint venture/partnership arrangements as well as various financings and re-financings. His primary responsibilities include M&A/deal execution, finance, treasury functions, and capital allocation for O2. He has extensive experience investing in industrials (chemicals, polymers, and general manufacturing), automotive, technology, building products, and business services. He serves on the boards of O2's portfolio businesses, including Greco Aluminum Railings (Former Chairman). Previously, he was a partner in a major Detroit-based law firm, where he specialized in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and finance matters. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School. He serves as a Board Member at EIS Holdings and Frontier Dental Labs. He served as a Board Member at Vessco. He served as a Board Member at O2 Specialty Manufacturing.
