Biography

Mr. Luke Plumpton serves as Managing Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at O2 Investment Partners. He served as Environmental Infrastructure Solutions. He served as Chairman at Mantis Innovation. He serves as President and Chairman at Nu-Art Dental. He served as a Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at O2 Investment Partners. He served as a Board Member at Du-All Precision, Packaging Concepts & Design, Alpha Precision Group, MHC Software, and Clio Holdings. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Board at CCSI Networks and National Technologies. He has over 20 years of M&A, investment banking, and operational management team experience. He is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of the firm as well as monitoring O2's portfolio companies and leading the execution of the deal teams. He is a former Director of Strategic Planning for Hanford Pharmaceuticals, Senior Associate at Square 1 Bank, and Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities (Healthcare Investment Banking Group). His experiences include leading companies through divestiture plans during the recession, publicly traded and private company deal facilitation for M&A, debt and equity transactions, and managing the build-out of a boutique venture debt bank. He serves on the Boards of O2's portfolio businesses: Modular Devices, Capital Construction, Flip Electronics, First Class Air Holdings and Frontier Dental Super Holdings, and FCAH Aerospace. He received his BA in Economics from Harvard University, where he graduated with honors. While attending Harvard, he also studied Corporate Accounting at MIT's Sloan Business School.
