Biography

Mr. Stephen Lien serves as Chief Administrative Officer & Co-Chief Financial Officer at Glooko. He serves as Chief Financial Officer at Noctrix Health. He served as Chief Financial Officer at PipelineRx. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at SmartCareOS. He also served as CFO at Corporate Rewards, which is not tracked by PitchBook. He formerly served as Vice President of Finance at Hara Software, Inc. He has over 15 years of experience building and developing efficient finance organizations with high-growth software and services companies. Prior to joining PipelineRx, he was CFO for Smart Tuition, a SaaS payments company, and led them through a high-growth period and eventual acquisition by Blackbaud. Previously, he held CFO positions at WorkStride, a SaaS employee recognition and incentives company based in New York City and backed by Riverside Capital, and at Skrill USA, where he was responsible for U.S. financial strategy and day-to-day financial and accounting operations, leading them to an $800M exit with CVC Partners. Prior to that, he was VP of Finance & Operations for Hara Software, a prominent energy management software company funded by Kleiner Perkins. He has also held management positions at ArcSoft, EarthLink and Franklin Templeton. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
