Biography
Mr. Ken Kieley served as Chief Financial Officer at Uplogix. He is the Senior Vice President of Finance at WhaleShark Media. Prior to WhaleShark Media, he served as the CFO for two public companies and led the IPO, in 1999, of NetSolve, Inc. His background also includes operational management in both a services and manufacturing environment. He served as the CFO of NetSolve when it was sold to Cisco Systems, in 2004 and as the CFO of Wayport, Inc. when it was sold to AT&T, in 2008. Ken holds a BBA from the University of North Texas and was licensed as a CPA in 1977. He serves on the board of directors of the American Lung Association Plains Gulf Region and is also a member of the finance committee of the American Lung Association.
