Biography
Mr. Matthew Appleton served as Chief Financial Officer & Board Member at Acolin Holding. He served as a Partner at DH Private Equity Partners. He joined Doughty Hanson in 2004 and focuses on new investments across Europe, with a sector focus on business services. He worked as part of the teams responsible for exiting RHM and Moeller and he led the acquisitions of Equity Trust and KCS. His current portfolio responsibilities include TMF Group and KP1. Prior to joining Doughty Hanson, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Transaction Services in London and Frankfurt and in the Audit Department in London. He is qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA) in September 2000 and has a Master of Arts degree in Modern Languages from St Edmund Hall, Oxford University.
